Clive Burr

Clive Burr studied under Gerald Benney at the Royal College of Art and set up a workshop in 1979 with fellow graduates Jane Short and Alistair McCallum. In 1983 they moved to Old Street and were joined by Rod Kelly and Sheila McDonald. By 1988 Clive had set up by himself in Berry Street where he stayed until he moved into the new Goldsmiths Centre in 2012. He produced work for Garrard and Hennell and other luxury retailers and his work can be found in the Goldsmiths' Company, 10 Downing Street and other major collections. He is renowned for his clocks and often works together with enameller Jane Short.
