Manas's Indian upbringing in England has given her a wide range of Eastern and Western influences. She studied at Bishopsland and won the Goldsmiths' Craft and Design Council Gold Award in 2019 in the Junior Chasers category and the Silver Society's Young Silversmith award in 2021.
